You are required to provide accurate payment information, including credit card details or other payment methods accepted. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

1.2. Transaction Security:

We prioritize your security during the payment process. aamarPay employs advanced encryption and security measures to protect your personal and financial information. However, please note that we do not store your payment information; it is processed directly through WooCommerce and aamarPay.

1.3. Refund Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction date. To initiate a refund, please contact us at learners@casper.academy and provide your order details, including your name, email address, and the date of purchase.

1.4. Refund Processing:

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and process it promptly. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
